Caller-ID Spoofing* What's next?

I came across this little website through another blog I check out now and again, and from what I read the user can *spoof* the read-out on a caller-ID box. Imagine calling someone you cannot usually get ahold of and spoofing the ID to say it is someone in the family. *Evil*
